Our goal is to create the best products on the market. Before leaving the warehouse, each machine is carefully assembled and thoroughly inspected to ensure quality before shipment. Minor scratches or bumps may occur during large-item transportation—please reconsider if this is a concern. The frame is covered by a 3-year warranty. Wearable parts (such as upholstery, cables, pulleys, and belts) come with a 3-month warranty. Damage caused by human misuse is not covered under warranty
